What we collect when you contact us or send an enquiry, why we need it, and how you stay in control.

Who we are

This website is operated by Sabrah Global General Trading FZE LLC, trading as Sabrah Group (“we”, “us”), based in the UAE. Our office: Office 04, Jurf Gardens, Industrial Area 3, Ajman, UAE.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect:

  • your full name and phone number
  • your email address, if you give it
  • the company and service you are interested in and any message you write
  • how you prefer to be contacted (WhatsApp, phone or email)
  • that you agreed to be contacted, and when

Spam protection

To protect the form from spam, we also store a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself, and the code cannot be turned back into it.

How we use your details

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to pass it to the group company that handles it, to contact you the way you asked, to keep a record of enquiries, and to stop misuse of the form.

We do not sell your personal details, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Where your details are stored

Enquiries are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase and handled by the team of Sabrah Group and its companies, including through our booking platform’s staff tools. The team is notified of new enquiries in a private Telegram group. The website is hosted by Hostinger. These providers may store data on servers outside the UAE.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The maps on our Contact page and, when you choose to show it, on our home page are provided by Google Maps; when a map loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep your details

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to handle it and to meet our legal obligations, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop contacting you. We aim to handle personal data in line with UAE law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
